When should I register and update my e-Invoicing information with Freshtel Internet?

You don't need to register e-Invoicing manually, as Freshtel Internet will submit e-Invoicing on your behalf.

To update your e-Invoicing information, you may follow the steps below:

  1. Visit and login to www.freshtel.my

  2. Click the "Click here to update your profile" in the blue banner.

  3. Complete the form.

  4. Click "Submit" button.
